Usage
Use before applying mascara.
1. Spread finger loops to open curler.
2. Carefully position upper lashes near the base of the lashes, between the rubber padding and metal crimper.
3. Close handles slowly and tilt curler upward slightly.
4. Hold firmly for 10 seconds then slowly open finger loops to release lashes.
