How to use:

• Apply the tanning jam to the desired areas of your body before sun exposure or a tanning bed session.
• Use the tanning jam on its own only in the early morning or late afternoon for safer tanning.
• For strong sun exposure combine with sunscreen. Apply SPF first and then the cream once the SPF has absorbed.
• After sun exposure hydrate your skin intensely to maintain your tan with Aloe Vera Gel or Aloe Vera Aftersun.
