Sleep Easy … a very handy 10mg tin of Oils, Butters, Lavender and Beeswax. Put a little on your index fingertip, rub against your other index fingertip, then apply to your temples, then what residual is on your fingertips, apply to your top lip, just under your nose. Lie down, relax and breathe slowly through your nose. This does two things that help, one, you can’t breathe quickly through your nose so this slows your breathing down, and two, it also takes the Lavender across the Olfactory nerves. Tests have shown that breathing through your nose allows more air, and therefore more oxygen to the lungs. Sleep easy.
