#4.1 Red is an intense red shade, that perfectly matches eyelashes and eyebrows to a wide variety of red hair colours.
Use with blond lashes and brows for an intense red or with dark brown lashes and brows for a red shimmer. It can also be mixed with #2.1 Deep Blue for dark violet shades.

NOTE: RefectoCil Tints need to be mixed with either liquid or cream oxidant
DIRECTIONS
- Cleanse and prepare the eye area for application
- Mix 2cm of tint and 10 drops RefectoCil Oxidant liquid or 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant cream into a creamy paste and immediately apply to lashes and/or brows
- Clean away with cotton wool and water
PROCESSING TIME
- Lashes: 10 minutes
- Brows: 10 minutes
