Miriam Hussey Light Up

From pharmacist to leader of the Soul Space movement, Miriam Hussey has been on a transformational journey advocating the power of lifestyle medicine. This integrated body, mind and soul approach to true well-being has upgraded her life and the lives of many in her community. Miriam’s first book is written for those who feel they are struggling with our ‘always on’ culture and offers a pause to prioritise our own needs so that we can shine brightly and live purposefully once again.
