Shine-On Shimmer Enhancer: An all-new product to Clionadh, the Shine-on Shimmer Enhancer is a variation of an eye primer meant to enhance the saturation, performance and longevity of your small to medium particle shimmers. This custom formula is lightweight and very easy to use. Apply after your standard base (and matte shadows if using), and before your shimmers for smooth application, enhanced saturation and extended wear throughout the day.
To use it, apply product to the desired eye area and spread with the applicator, brush or your finger. Wait 3-5 seconds for the product to dry down, then add your shimmers. This is not a tacky primer, as such we do not recommend using it as a glitter glue for larger particle shadows.
