HYDROSOL vs TONERS …

At The Perfume & Skincare Company we don’t believe in using a Toner which generally contains Alcohol, drying your skin and possibly causing allergic reactions.  Toners close the pores of the skin which negates the positive effects of the moisturiser applied directly afterwards.

Hydrosols are a gentle and particularly effective alternative, providing the same benefits of removing final traces of cleanser and restoring the skins’ protective acid mantle.

HYDROSOL ABSOLUT is based in pure Rose and Neroli Floral Waters with the added benefits of White Lotus Oil, Rose Absolute, Neroli Absolute, Vegetable Glycerine and Aloe Vera.  Together they soften and hydrate and, when left as a fine mist on the skin, provide extra moisture which is retained under Moisturiser.  Hydrosol Absolut may be used on all skin types, especially Dry, Dehydrated and Mature skin.

Directions for use ... It can be used as a spritzer whenever you feel you need a refreshing hit, make-up setting spray- to melt your powders and creams into a seamless looking base or as a facial primer before make-up application.

For a variety of reasons, including the carcinogenic and/or irritant properties of the following ingredients, we choose NOT to use them in any of our products ... therefore there is NO … PHOSPHATES, SULPHATES, FORMALDEHYDE, PETROCHEMICALS, PROPYLENE GLYCOL, PARABENS  
 
We also do not use ANIMAL PRODUCTS, with the exception of Beeswax in the Lip Balm and Sleep Easy Balm.  We have a NO ANIMAL TESTING philosophy and prefer instead to test on ourselves, our friends and families.
