How to Apply
- Prep nails, apply gel base coat, and cure.
- Apply DC Cat Eye gel polish in a thin layer.
- Hold magnet near polish to activate cat eye effect, do not touch wet polish.
- Cure one nail at a time under UV or LED lamp.
- Apply gel top coat, cure, and finish with cuticle oil.
