Seba-E is the closest reproduction of the skin’s natural oils and sebum. When combined with Herb & Mineral Mist, Seba-E helps reconstruct the natural acid mantle. Seba-E is created by combining highly fractionated botanical oils that replenish and replace the lipid aspect of the acid mantle.
