How to Apply
- Apply base coat and cure completely.
- Apply one to two coats of Out Of Office without curing.
- Hold a magnetic wand over the nail to create the cat eye effect.
- Cure under UV light for 2 minutes or LED light for 60 seconds.
- Finish with top coat and cure to seal.
