How to Apply
- Shake to blend, then apply CND Shellac Base Coat and cure.
- Apply a thin layer of Teal Textile to all five nails.
- Cure for two minutes in a CND UV lamp, then repeat on the other hand.
- Apply a second coat using the same process.
- Finish with CND Shellac Top Coat and cure.
