HOW TO USE IT

Add 2 mL (about 3 dropperfuls) to 1/4 cup of warm water or take directly by mouth. Take 1–2 times nightly. If sensitive to sleep aids, begin with 2 dropperfuls at bedtime and increase as needed. The maximum dosage is 3 dropperfuls at dinner and 3 dropperfuls at bedtime. For consistent use, take nightly for a minimum of two weeks.
