How to Use

After cleansing, pour the toner onto a cotton pad or directly onto palms. Gently press and pat across your face (avoiding the eyes areas). If needed, apply an extra layer or two for extra hydration. If desired, follow with the HaruHaru Wonder Black Rice Serum and/or Black Rice Hyaluronic Cream.
