HOW TO USE IT

Each bottle is 3-4 week supply.

Suggested serving of 1 teaspoon a daily to water, juice, tea baked goods, etc. 

Children Ages 4 and up: 1/2 teaspoon daily

Ages 1-3: ¼ teaspoon daily dissolved in water, juice, tea, etc.
