SHELLY BASE offers a palette of translucent, camouflage bases featuring a subtle holographic effect. The soft, natural tones of these bases beautifully mimic the mother-of-pearl hues found in sea shells, creating an elegant and refined nail appearance.
Elastic base of comfortable medium-thick consistency. Suitable for minimal leveling of NPs in the technique of leveling with liquid bases. It is recommended for applying a layer of base-substrate primer.
